How We Do It
All orders are shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within the timeframe set by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final and only eligible for a exchange of same item or equal value. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. (Only unused products are eligible)

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. (Only unused products are eligible)
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES (Damaged during shipping)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will create a shipping label for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item and when the exchanged item is on the way.
